That profit strategy only works really well during a booming economy. Housing sales slump drastically when the economy experiences troubles. And that is all retail is, one single profit strategy. You can’t be in real estate without being a marketer. Marketing is a keystone of the job. So, you are a marketer, you’re also a lead generator, & you’re ARE a tech guy, even if you think you’re not.
